Beat the peak and start your day with fitness stars
22 February, 2017
Commuters are encouraged to drop by Martin Place on Wednesday 1 March for Transport for NSW’s 2017 Travel Choices Festival.
The day will kick off at 7.15am with a 30-minute early morning fitness class, led by Sydney celebrity fitness gurus Michelle Bridges and Commando Steve. All places have now been filled but you can still come down and watch Michelle and Commando Steve in action as they share their tips on how to have a healthy active lifestyle.
Learn about the benefits of working out in the morning and have a go on one of our smoothie bikes - make your own fresh fruit smoothie while burning kilojoules.
The Travel Choices team will be in Martin Place all day from 7am, bringing all the information you need to make your commute to and from work easier and healthier. Chat to our team about what the best travel options are for you, and ask how we can support you and your organisation stay ahead of the changes to the CBD as we build Tomorrow’s Sydney.
So on Wednesday 1 March retime your journey to beat the peak, get in early, and kick-start your day with two of the biggest stars of fitness and health.
